Verse of the Day

Leviticus 14:8
And he that is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shave off all his hair, and wash himself in water, that he may be clean: and after that he shall come into the camp, and shall tarry abroad out of his tent seven days.
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse reminds us of the profound truth that, in order to experience real transformation, radical changes are often required. Just as the one who is to be cleansed must follow concerted steps of washing, shaving hair, and isolation, so we too, must let go of our old ways, habits, patterns, and sometimes even relationships that weigh us down and hinder us from embracing our divine potential. This can be a painstaking process, but it's a necessary one. Following this 'ritual,' this discipline of cleansing, we are afforded a fresh start - an opportunity to get up, step into our respective callings and live a life that is clean, free, and worthy of our divine identity.
