Verse of the Day
John 4:32
Reflections On The Scripture: The beauty of this verse rests in it underscoring the profundity of God's wisdom and sustenance that surpasses human understanding. The "meat" Jesus referred to wasn't a physical substance, rather he was speaking about a nourishment that feeds the soul, the divine fulfillment that comes from doing the will of our Heavenly Father. Indeed, while our physical bodies crave sustenance, we should not ignore that there is a deeper, spiritual hunger within us that can only be filled by embracing God's purpose in our lives. Therein lies the true food for our spirits, the earnest fulfillment that this world knows nothing of.
