Verse of the Day
James 1:21
Reflections On The Scripture: Consider this as a divine invitation sent directly to your doorstep-- an invitation to let go of habits, attitudes, and desires that are not in line with the wisdom from above, and instead, embrace the pure, peace-loving, considerate 'engrafted' word with all humility. This 'engrafted' word does not simply rest on the surface of our hearts but gets deeply rooted, transforming us from the inside out. Because it is the living word of God, it has the power to save, cleanse, and renew. So, dear brothers and sisters, we must rid ourselves of all uncleanness and accept this word with gentleness. It is a glorious beginning indeed to the journey of soul salvation and an authentic Christian life.
