Verse of the Day

Exodus 36:3
And they received of Moses all the offering, which the children of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary, to make it withal. And they brought yet unto him free offerings every morning.
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse truly emphasizes the beauty of collective effort and active participation in serving the Lord. Just as Moses accepted offerings from the Israelites to maintain the sanctuary, we too are called to offer ourselves, our talents, and our treasures to the work of the kingdom. Each morning, the Israelites brought free offerings; they did not just offer once and stop, rather they kept giving freely, repeatedly, and willingly. This servant-heart and consistent love is what we need to emulate. Our every morning should be a fresh offering to the Lord, a testament of our unyielding faith and love for God, and our dedication to His service. The sanctuary, the body of faithful believers, is sustained through this collective and continuous offering, representation of our daily service to Him.
