Reflections On The Scripture: God works wonderfully by design, giving space and means for everyone. In the book of Joshua, we see His divine allotment in action, as He provides for the families of the children of Kohath. It's a rich demonstration of God's faithfulness and precision when it comes to His people's needs. If this principle applied in an old testament setting, surely it plays out in our lives too. Despite what we perceive as our present circumstance, we can rest assured that not only does God graciously provide for us, but He specifically sets aside what belongs to us. Just as the children of Kohath had their designated cities, we too have our appointed blessings. We must only believe and be willing to claim them.
