Verse of the Day

Daniel 6:19
Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions.
Reflections On The Scripture: The king's actions in this verse highlight urgency, worry for Daniel, and ultimately, his concern over the outcome of the situation. Despite his kingly status, he did not delegate; he acted. This serves as a valuable lesson for us today. Often we find ourselves concerned or agitated about a situation or person's plight. Yet, instead of stepping into the problem zone and taking responsibility for our part, we relegate it to others. However, just like the king, we must understand that our involvement can create a significant difference. Rise early, and act in haste when it comes to showing love, offering help, and standing for justice because every moment is precious in God's eyes.
