Verse of the Day

Revelation 21:23
And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse serves as a radiant reminder that the glory of God and His love for us, embodied in the Lamb, are the ultimate sources of light and guidance in our lives. It transcends any physical light we may know, such as that from the sun or the moon. God's light is far-reaching, never dimming, nor waning, always piercing through the gloomiest clouds of our worldly troubles. Let us not focus on the temporary sources of illumination, but instead, turn our gaze towards the eternal, supreme light of our Creator and Saviour. For it is God alone who brings eternal light to our souls, an illumination that has the power to guide us through the darkest circumstances. He is our hope, our beacon, and our fortress, never ceasing to light our path to salvation and eternal peace.
