Reflections On The Scripture: In life's journey, we often get caught up trying to create our own righteousness, trying to be good enough by obeying all the rules and laws. But the beautiful truth from Philippians 3:9 is that our righteousness is not attained by our own human efforts. Our righteousness comes from God, and it is given to us through faith in Christ. Faith, here, is simply the profound trust in His completed work on the cross. It is a marvelous exchange - He takes our sin, and in return, gives us His righteousness. Let us let go of striving on our own and deeply cling to Christ, allowing His righteousness to be our beacon in this world.
