Verse of the Day
Nehemia 6:13
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse reminds us of the deceptions and manipulations that often come our way, intent on leading us into fear and ultimately, into sin. Nehemia knew the hireling was an adversary, a tool in the disguise of an ally, hired to distort the truth and incite fear. In life, we too may face such challenges, situations that are designed to make us stumble, to invite fear and doubt into our hearts. But let us not waver. When confronted with such trials, remember Nehemia's courage and wisdom. Refuse to succumb to fear or intimidation. Keep your faith strong, grounded firmly in God’s truth. Many will seek to tarnish your reputation or weaken your resolve, but your identity lies not in the judgments of others, but in the loving embrace of the Lord. With His strength, we can overcome any obstacles, any evil plot that aims to lead us astray.
