Verse of the Day

Matthew 28:11
Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done.
Reflections On The Scripture: Reflecting on this verse, let us remember the essence of courage and honesty in our lives. Those men, the watchmen, were entrusted with a great responsibility and when that was disrupted, they displayed their integrity by reporting to the chief priests. In our own individual lives, we too have been placed as watchmen. And when disruptions occur, the same calling is extended to us - to act with courage, to speak the truth, and to face our responsibilities heads on, no matter how challenging they may be. Just as the watchmen didn't stay silent, neither should we in the face of adversary. We should be brave, stand tall, and keep the faith. No matter what we experience, not matter how intense the storm may get, we need to hold on to the truth and not compromise our trust in the Lord's plans for us.
