Verse of the Day
Leviticus 27:20
Reflections On The Scripture: This scripture speaks to us about the importance of value and ownership. It urges us to acknowledge the value of what we have been entrusted with and not be quick to dispense with it. Selling our 'field,' our gifts, blessings, responsibilities, to another, signifies a lack of understanding of its true worth. Once we relinquish it, there's no redemption. It reminds us as well, to not take our divine inheritance for granted. Take hold of the field of blessings God has given you. Tend to it, nurture it and watch it flourish. Don't dishonor it by handing it off simply because you don't recognize its value. The field God grants you is unique to you, not to be sold off lightly, but to be cherished and developed for His glory.
