Verse of the Day

Job 6:19
The troops of Tema looked, the companies of Sheba waited for them.
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse from the book of Job speaks to us about anticipation. The troops of Tema and the companies of Sheba were in expectation, they looked and waited. This brings to mind the power of faith and the aspect of waiting in our journey with God. Sometimes, we have to be like these troops and companies, waiting patiently on the Lord, looking out for His hand in our situation. Just like them, we may not see immediate results. Our faith may be tested, hardships may mount, but our God is one who values perseverance and rewards those who wait on Him. In the waiting, we are not idle, we are preparing, growing stronger in character, and building our relationship with Him. So today, whatever you are trusting God for, look and wait, He is indeed working in your situation.
