Reflections On The Scripture: This scripture is a humble reminder that we are but instruments in the hands of the Divine Craftsman. Like an axe or a saw, we have no power on our own. The axe doesn’t have the capacity to boast against the lumberjack, nor does the saw cannot claim any credit against the carpenter. They can accomplish nothing without the hand that guides them, and it is the same with us. Without the hand of our Heavenly Father guiding and using us to enact His divine plan, we are powerless. So, let us always remember to be humble, acknowledging that our strength, talents, and abilities come not from ourselves, but from God.
