Verse of the Day

Isaiah 10:15
Shall the axe boast itself against him that heweth therewith? or shall the saw magnify itself against him that shaketh it? as if the rod should shake itself against them that lift it up, or as if the staff should lift up itself, as if it were no wood.
Reflections On The Scripture: This scripture is a humble reminder that we are but instruments in the hands of the Divine Craftsman. Like an axe or a saw, we have no power on our own. The axe doesn’t have the capacity to boast against the lumberjack, nor does the saw cannot claim any credit against the carpenter. They can accomplish nothing without the hand that guides them, and it is the same with us. Without the hand of our Heavenly Father guiding and using us to enact His divine plan, we are powerless. So, let us always remember to be humble, acknowledging that our strength, talents, and abilities come not from ourselves, but from God. We should always give glory to the One who truly deserves it, and that is God. Because without Him, we are nothing. With Him, we become tools of love, hope, and change.
