Verse of the Day
Hosea 9:15
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse is a powerful reminder that God's love is merciful but also just. In Gilgal, their actions were unrighteous and contrary to the will of God. He detests sin, but He is always seeking our return to His luminous path of righteousness and wisdom. It's not that God's love is conditional. No, His love is unceasing and unchangeable. But our actions can separate us from the fullness of His grace. Just like a caring father, God sometimes needs to discipline His children. However, His desire isn't to cast us out, but to draw us back to Him. It is a call for repentance, an invitation to renounce our wicked ways, and experience His all-encompassing love anew.
