Verse of the Day

Genesis 46:2
And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.
Reflections On The Scripture: Often in the stillness and silence of the night, when distractions are minimized and our hearts are quieted, we become more attuned to the gentle whispers of our Creator. In this moment, as God called out to Jacob, we see an intimate, personal communication. God spoke to Jacob by name, not once, but twice, signalling urgency and deep concern. This passage reminds us, just like Jacob, we too, have a God who knows us by name, a God who calls us in our times of need. No matter what you're going through, He is saying, "Here I am." Your heavenly Father sees you, knows you deeply, and navigates the night seasons with you. So, when He calls your name, reply with a willing heart, "Here am I." Let His voice guide you, comfort you and illuminate your path in your darkest times.
