Reflections On The Scripture: Just as the river Nile flooded in Egypt, sometimes our lives may feel overwhelmed with a flood of troubles and struggles due to our actions and sins, making the land of our hearts tremble. This verse calls to us to reflect on our behaviour and actions. Are we causing our inner land to tremble with fear and dread? Are we inviting floods of despair and trouble? However, remember, even in the face of such floods, God is our refuge and ark. Just like Noah, we too can rise above this flood through obedience and faith in the Lord. Let us examine our lives today, confess our wrongdoings, and decide to live a life that brings peace and not trembling to ourselves and others.
