Verse of the Day

2 Timothy 4:9
Do thy diligence to come shortly unto me:
Reflections On The Scripture: In the book of 2 Timothy, Paul pens a heartfelt plea. A call laden with an urgent reminder that we mustn't simply amble through life aimlessly, rather we're encouraged to diligently pursue our path unto the Lord. Just as Paul eagerly anticipated the arrival of his companions, we are reminded that God awaits us with enthusiastic expectation. Life can be busy, filled with numerous distractions but we must prioritize our relationship with God. He is readily available, open-armed, looking forward to our fellowship. It's our responsibility to make a conscious effort, to be diligent, to come unto Him each day. He is not a convenience, but a necessity. It isn’t a demand, but a loving invitation from the Father, to step into His presence, to lean on His understanding, to receive His unconditional love and guidance.
