Verse of the Day
2 Corinthians 9:12
Reflections On The Scripture: The essence of this verse reminds us of the boundless attributes of service and that our actions, when done is service to others, enriches not only those we serve but also provides an overflow of thanksgiving to God. In providing for others, we never rob ourselves. Rather we enrich our spirits and fill our hearts with a joy that money or material possessions can't produce. It's a divine investment, and the returns on it are incomparable. Serving doesn't deplete us, it nourishes us and it's a melody of gratitude to our Creator's ears. In truth, we find our fullest lives when we give ourselves away in service, and in doing so, we paint a vivid picture of the love and generosity of God.
