Verse of the Day
2 Chronicles 3:11
Reflections On The Scripture: This beautiful passage from 2 Chronicles has always been a reminder of the possibility of vast expanses in our own hearts. The cherubim, with their wide wingspans, symbolize the enormity of what we can encompass, spiritually. Like a cherub, each of us has the capacity to stretch out beyond what we think our borders are. If their wings can touch the walls of the house, so can our love, compassion, and faith extend to touch the lives of others around us. Just as the cherubim's wings also touched each other, we too are all connected through our shared belief and devotion, forming a protective circle of love and unity. So let's have the courage to extend our inner 'wings', reach out to touch the lives of others and be touched in return.
