Verse of the Day

2 Chronicles 12:8
Nevertheless they shall be his servants; that they may know my service, and the service of the kingdoms of the countries.
Reflections On The Scripture: Even in the face of adversity and servitude, God in His infinite wisdom has a divine plan. It is through humbling experiences such as these that God enlightens us to the value of His service and that of the nations. We may feel burdened, like a servant, but this placement is not a position of insignificance. Rather, it is a moment to underline the importance of serving willingly and freely, to understand the interconnectedness of all His children and nations. In every service, every sacrifice, there is a lesson of greater subservience that helps us comprehend God's supreme design. Our God, in His divine wisdom, is using these experiences and positions of service to mold us, refine us, and prepare us for His great purpose. We only need to submit to the grand scheme of His divine service to feel His presence and love in the most profound way.
