Through the law, they are reminded of God's enduring love and His desire of transformation for everyone, even those who have strayed very far away. Because God’s desire is not to punish, but to correct, to heal, and to transform, even the most egregious sinner. So let us not see the law as a burden, but rather as a testament to God's unfailing love, understanding, and mercy.
