Verse of the Day
1 John 5:17
Reflections On The Scripture: Beholding the enormity of sin, we may feel helpless and secluded, but let us be reminded of God’s marvellous love for us. Indeed, any act questioning the moral law is sin. However, there exists 'a sin not unto death.' As we grapple with our failings, let's find comfort knowing there is hope yet. God's deepest compassion and ineffable forgiveness awaits us all, taking solace in the fact that our errors, while displeasing to Him, do not determinately lead unto death. His grace is abounding, His mercy never ceasing. Through faith, we may seek forgiveness from our transgressions and strive towards the path of righteousness. By committing our hearts to a life stained less by sin, let's step into the welcoming embrace of divine redemption and look forward to everlasting life, marking the victory of grace over sin.
