Stuck in a Toxic relationship

Lots of jealousy, drug addiction and unemployed. He was wonderful and became a truly mean person. He’s be jobless if he left so he won’t. I feel stuck and would love for breakthrough so he can move on. I’m depressed and anxious a lot. Thank you in advance!!
