I pray Lord that you lift up my friend Adam. He has fallen into a depressed state which is causing him to isolate himself from friends and family. I spoke to him recently and he said that he has stopped reaching out to his close male friends and also family. My heart breaks for him because underneath it all he is a good guy. Pray for healing and improvement of his mental health. You know what he needs Lord. As his friend, if there is something I need to help him with, Lord guide me.
