I'm struggling emotionally, i work for prime time arc as a program leader on August 29 one of my students who was under my care/supervision got injured by another student while i was supervising other students who didnt listened to my instructions. HR put me under investigation and i'm scared and terrified about their decision for me and i dont want to lose my job
