For about 2 years, I have been neglecting my health and not eating well or exercising, and I have a very hard time motivating myself to make a change. Please pray I have the strength and will to eat healthy, stop bad health habits, and exercise. I don't want to mess up my life. Also my liver is having some problems, I ask for healing for for that.
