Hi I need help I live in a basement not good to live has mold smell mices I am having knee replacement surgery soon I apply for housing wishes was offer to me but the rent is 900 dallor months plus light and gas for me to move in I need 1.900 to gave so I can move in before my surgery but I don't have any money I thought housing is to help people with low income I really need this apartment I work but don't earn mucha 16.05 an hour and if I take the apartment how can I pay it plus I pay hospital bills credit card bills it hard for me what can I do I need prayers to pray for hoping that the people from housing can lower my rent to something affordable I got intill next week to come with the money to move in please help thank you
