Hi, I am a christian who is suffering from panic attacks/sleep issues. When I was first saved I had this problem and Jesus healed me from this awful disorder. About 3 weeks ago, out of nowhere I started getting panic attacks again. They mostly hit me at night and I wake up from a sound sleep in a panic. Heart racing, excess adrenalin, hot sweats/chills, feel like I cannot breathe through my nose. I'm currently functioning on 2/3 hrs of sleep a night and feel like a zombie. Please pray that God will reveal to me what he wants me to do, and please help me to focus of Jesus not the panic.
