Verse of the Day

Psalms 91:7
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
Reflections On The Scripture: This powerful verse from Psalms brings to mind the incredible promise of God's protection. We find ourselves in a world of turmoil, facing myriad challenges, struggles, and uncertainties. Yet, we are also in the living presence of an incredible promise, a promise that assures us that no matter what, we will not be harmed. A thousand may fall at our side, ten thousand at our right hand, but we remain untouched. This doesn't necessarily mean we will not face trials, but rather, amidst those trials, we are protected by the unwavering love and strength of the Almighty. He has established a divine shield around us; His protection does not guarantee the absence of difficulties, but it does promise that those difficulties will not overcome us. It is in embracing this promise that we find peace amid chaos and strength in the midst of weakness. Through His promise, we can find the courage to face our daily challenges with faith and assurance.
