Verse of the Day

Philippians 3:20
“But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ,”
Reflections On The Scripture: In our daily lives, it's easy to be consumed by the cares of this world and forget where our true allegiance lies. Our citizenship is not of this earth, but of a divine and glorious kingdom – heaven. As believers, we must hold on to that truth and live our lives accordingly, knowing that our time on this earth is but a fleeting moment in the vast expanse of eternity. We eagerly await the return of our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will one day bring us into that heavenly kingdom. In the meantime, let us live our lives as ambassadors of Christ, sharing His love, goodness, and hope with those around us, so that they too may experience the transformation that comes from knowing and accepting Christ as their Savior. May our actions be a reflection of the heavenly citizenship we possess while we await the glorious day when Christ returns to take us home.
