Verse of the Day
Matthew 4:4
Reflections On The Scripture: In these turbulent moments, where uncertainty can become our daily bread, the word of Jesus illuminates our path. Our sustenance doesn't only come from the bread that we physically eat, but more importantly from the spiritual nourishment that comes from God's divine word. As earthly beings, we stoop to feed our bodies, yet we should not neglect feeding our soul. Just as we satisfy our physical hunger, so should we aim to quench our spiritual thirst for wisdom, understanding, and above all, closeness to the Lord. As we listen, reflect, and act on every word that comes from the mouth of God, we become spiritually filled. So, let us dine daily at His table, partaking in the spread of wisdom, mercy, and love that His words offer. Through this, we will find strength that cannot be broken, peace that cannot be disrupted, and joy that cannot be diminished.
