Verse of the Day

Leviticus 22:3
Say unto them, Whosoever he be of all your seed among your generations, that goeth unto the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the LORD.
Reflections On The Scripture: Our verse from Leviticus starkly reminds us that God is holy, sacred above all else. The people were told that if they approached the holy things of the Lord while harboring impurity, the consequence was separation from His divine presence. This is a powerful message for us today. We must seek purity and righteousness in our hearts and actions. God's holy presence is a place of blessing, promise, and peace. When we allow the stains of sin and selfishness to encroach upon our lives, we run the risk of severing that sacred bond with our Heavenly Father. This scripture renews our commitment to pursue purity, to clear away the distractions and impurities, not out of fear of being cut off, but out of a deep, abiding love for the Lord and a longing to dwell in His holy presence.
