Verse of the Day
Joshua 11:22
Reflections On The Scripture: In life, we often encounter our own Anakims; giants of fear, doubt, pain and uncertainty. But much like the Israelites, we have the ability and strength given by God to conquer those giants. The scripture shared from Joshua tells us that there were no Anakims left in the land of the children of Israel. This illustrates the might and victory God provides to His people when they put their trust in Him. There may still be cities or spaces in our lives where our giants seem to remain strong, much like in Gaza, Gath and Ashdod, but with persistent faith and a resilient spirit, we can overcome and create our own spaces of peace, prosperity and divine presence. The Lord is not only a God of second chances, but also a God of conquests, victory and peace.
