Reflections On The Scripture: This verse is a revelation about Satan's ceaseless activity on earth. His mission is to create havoc, tempest and confusion amongst us. Yet, we must realize that as much as he prowls around, he is not in control. Though he walks to and fro, up and down, it does not give him ultimate authority. Despite his movements, he remains under the steadfast and triumphant authority of the Almighty. Friends, even as we navigate this complex world, always remember that our LORD is the ruler above all. Even in the midst of unsettling circumstances, take heart in the unyielding sovereignty of our LORD. Satan may roam, but our LORD reigns.
