Verse of the Day

Genesis 41:3
And, behold, seven other kine came up after them out of the river, ill favoured and leanfleshed; and stood by the other kine upon the brink of the river.
Reflections On The Scripture: As we navigate life's journey, we will encounter trials just as seven lean and ill-favored kine came up from the river. These leanfleshed kine represent difficult seasons we may face-be it illness, financial hardship, emotional struggles or doubts in our faith. But remember that these challenges don't stand alone, they stood by the other kine upon the river's brink. Therefore, along with our trials, there will be blessings and periods of plenty. We need to embrace both, knowing they shape us into the persons God wants us to be. Keep faith in your heart, for God uses both seasons of scarcity and seasons of plenty to build us up and bring us closer to Him.
