Verse of the Day
Genesis 36:8
Reflections On The Scripture: In Genesis 36:8, we observe the groundwork of God's divine plan. God assigned Esau to mount Seir, which signifies a rocky region, thereby symbolising life's challenges and obstacles. Esau, in this context, embodies strength, resilience, and adaptability. We too, like Esau, may find ourselves in "mount Seir" situations. We may encounter difficulties, obstacles, and hardships. However, remember, it is in the stumble of the rocky path, and in the face of adversity, we find our strength and resilience. May this remind us that where we 'dwell' physically does not define us, but rather, we are defined by how we react and adapt to our environment, just as Esau did in the rocky region of Mount Seir. The edifying curve of experiences molds us, shapes our faith, and equips us for the purpose God has for each one of us.
