Verse of the Day

Ezekiel 20:10
Wherefore I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt, and brought them into the wilderness.
Reflections On The Scripture: The Lord does not necessarily lead us from struggle to comfort, but sometimes from one challenge to another. When He led his chosen people out of the bondage of Egypt, it was not to a land flowing with milk and honey, but to the wilderness. Why? Because it's in the wilderness where true character forms and faith becomes solidified. God values our growth more than our comfort. He molds us through trials, preparing us for the promised land that is yet to come. Whatever struggle you are facing now, know that it is a part of His divine plan to mold you, increase your faith, and get you ready for your promised blessing. Just like the Israelites, trust in His promises and let Him guide you through. He releases us from our past, brings us through the wilderness, and brings us into our blessings.
