Verse of the Day

Exodus 38:5
And he cast four rings for the four ends of the grate of brass, to be places for the staves.
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse from Exodus 38:5 is very symbolic and it teaches us a crucial principle about the structures of faith. Just like the four rings holding the grate of brass, our faith too needs to be anchored at every point. These rings essentially created a secure place for the staves, ensuring that the grate was steady. In our lives, these staves could be interpreted as the Word of God, prayer, love, and service to others. To maintain a firm and unwavering faith, we must securely fasten these components in our life. Thus, just like the grate of brass was held firmly by the four rings, let our faith be secured by the Word of God, prayer, love and service to others. It's not sufficient to just have belief, but it's the way in which we anchor this belief in our life that truly defines our relationship with God.
