Verse of the Day
Exodus 16:17
Reflections On The Scripture: God's abundance is ever present in our lives and we can see its reflection in this verse from Exodus. Just like the children of Israel, we are given what we need according to our capacity and potential. Some may gather more, some less, but the key is to trust in God's provision and not be swayed by the abundance or lack in others' lives. So when we are tempted to compare, let us instead express gratitude for what God has given us, knowing it is tailor made to fit our needs and our growth. As we honor His provision, we open the doors to His continued abundance, letting it pour into our lives in ways we can't even imagine.
