Verse of the Day

Deuteronomy 2:8
And when we passed by from our brethren the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, through the way of the plain from Elath, and from Eziongaber, we turned and passed by the way of the wilderness of Moab.
Reflections On The Scripture: Often times, our life's journey can feel like a wilderness, similar to that of the children of Esau navigating their way through the wilderness of Moab. But consider this - even in this wilderness, there was a clear direction, a clear path that they followed. Similarly, through our life's chaos and seemingly endless struggles, God navigates us through. He sets a path for us. It may not always appear easy or straightforward, but our faith gives us the courage to tread on. The unavoidable adversities of life are nothing but the wilderness of our individual journeys. With God as our guide, we can pass 'through the way', fearlessly embark on our journeys, and eventually find our promised land. The children of Esau did it. And so can we, fortified by our faith.
