Verse of the Day

Deuteronomy 1:21
Behold, the LORD thy God hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.
Reflections On The Scripture: The Lord is always serving us up opportunities wrapped in His promises. This scripture is a beautiful reminder that our Heavenly Father already has our pathway laid out, a pathway filled not only with trials and tribulations, but also with great victories and blessings. But He needs us to step up in faith, fearlessly and undiscouraged, to lay our claim on these promised lands. Just as God commanded the Israelites to go up and possess the land He had given them, He is calling on us to step out of our comfort zones and seize the blessings He has prepared for us. Your journey may not be easy. You may face detours, oppositions, and battles along the way, but do not let fear and discouragement deter you. Go, in faith and with courage, take possession of God's promises for your life.
