Verse of the Day
2 Kings 6:11
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse from the second book of Kings reminds us of the importance of bringing our doubts and frustrations to light. The king of Syria was distressed, filled with worry, and he wasn't afraid to share his concerns with his servants. He sought truth, accountability, and loyalty from those who surrounded him. In the same way, we must be open to questioning our own beliefs and actions, realizing that transparency is a step towards wisdom and understanding. Trust in the Lord, share our worries, doubts, and frustrations with Him. Rely not on our own understanding, instead know that God, our true King, values honesty and will guide us in His perfect wisdom.
