Verse of the Day
2 Chronicles 15:15
Reflections On The Scripture: Just as the people of Judah rejoiced in their commitment to the Lord, we too should rejoice in our dedication to Him. They sought the Lord with everything within them, and He was found by them. This powerful verse demonstrates a crucial truth: when we seek God sincerely and wholeheartedly, we are sure to find Him. With the Lord, there is never a quest in vain. Furthermore, in this verse, the LORD not only allowed them to find Him, but also provided them with rest. Indeed, in finding the Lord, we not only discover truth but also find rest in His comfort and peace. Therefore, let us commit to earnestly seek the Lord, in all sincerity and genuineness of heart. In doing so, we will not only find God but also experience His peace enveloping us from all sides.
