Verse of the Day

1 John 2:13
I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse speaks passionately to us all, no matter our age or station in life. It's a call to recognize the infinite wisdom and knowledge we obtain when we truly know and have a relationship with God, as depicted by "fathers" in this passage. It cherishes the strength in the youth, that through their righteous battles with the wicked one, they too understand the power of our heavenly Father. It eloquently beckons the innocence in "little children", for they innately know the Father's love and kindness. The beauty of the verse lies in its inclusivity, a divine declaration that affirms the fact; no matter our age or struggles, we are all God's children, stewards of His everlasting love and mercy.
