Reflections On The Scripture: Our bodies are the sanctuaries of the Holy Spirit, granted to us by the Almighty God. Just as a physical temple requires care and preservation, so does our body. But let us not forget that we are merely tenants in these bodies. God is the true owner, who has made a significant sacrifice to allow us the privilege to live and breathe every single moment. We are His divine investment. To honor God, is to cherish and maintain our bodies―through our thoughts, our words, our actions. Just like a splendid temple that is kept sparkling clean, let us honor God by keeping our body, our mind, and our soul, in the purest form for His divine spirit to reside within us.
