My husband, who has never been a violent man a day in his life, is being accused of a crime that may take him away from our family for upwards of 3-6 years. There was no arrest, there is no proof, besides a witness who states "he thinks this man (my husband) is the one who committed the crime". They based this solely off of the fact that my husband has a criminal history that involves driving while suspended many, many years ago. He's a hard worker, he just received a promotion at work, and he is at his core a family man. We have two children (6 total) still at home, with one about to graduate high school. We also have two beautiful grandchildren. What he is being accused of is completely asinine and ill-founded simply based off of his past. I ask that we pray for justice for my family.
