My wife and I are currently separated after an argument back on thanksgiving inwhich I lost my cool a threw a plastic protein cup at a wall inwhich the lid cracked and bounced off the wall and hit her in the head I was not aiming at her at all but she precived I was. I'm currently in the process of getting charges resolved to satisfy the protective order I'm under. I'm very broken by the incident and just want to get everything resolved in a godly manner and get back home to my wife and son as a better husband and father. I need lots of godly wisdom and guidance as I have never been through anything like this.
