Joseph is accused of incest by a step daughter with a personality disorder who spent 6 months in a mental hospital. It did not happen. He can prove it but his attorney says there is not time before trial to gather the evidence that will prove his innocence and the judge will not postpone the trial so they have the time to get that evidence. When these accusations happen, the accused is considered guilty and has to prove innocence. It is backward from what our justice system is supposed to be which is innocent until proven guilty. Dear God. About 60% of those in prison for this accusation are actually innocent. This is one of them. Dearest God, please allow him to prove his innocence. Allow the time to do so. Make all the evidence come forward. In Jesus's name I pray that this injustice not be allowed to go forward.
