anxiety and trauma

i would like to request prayer for some healing of my social and generalized anxiey. it is so bad. i try to pray but i dont know what im doing. i cant live like this. i need help. i need relief from physical symptoms and releif from my mind racing and going in so many directions at once. i need some peace.
