Verse of the Day
Zephaniah 1:15
Reflections On The Scripture: This verse from Zephaniah might sound dire, but it serves as a poignant reminder that life can, and often does, bring us days of darkness and trouble. Yet, these are also the times that compel us by necessity to turn our hearts and minds towards God’s ever-present light. In essence, these periods of desolation are not meant to break us, but to shape us. When we feel surrounded by thick clouds of uncertainty, let us remember the often-repeated biblical assurance, “Do not fear.” Why? Because even in the distress of the darkest storm, we are not alone or forgotten. God is with us and His love promises to guide us out from the gloominess to brighter days. Trust in His infinite wisdom, even when the way ahead seems shrouded in thick darkness. Remember, it's always the darkest before the dawn. In faith and patience, let us await the dawn.
